9 weeks to a 5K

Luke's Locker 9 weeks to a 5K program is designed for beginner walkers and runners who want to begin or learn to maintain a consistent fitness program.  Session will run from Dec. 22 - Feb 23, 2013. 

  • Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks of training.  Each 9 week session will culminate with a scheduled 5k (3.1 mile) timed event.  Target goal race will be Houston ConocoPhillips Rodeo Run, Saturday, February 23, 2013.
  • Train alongside our other proven training programs on Saturday mornings.
  • $60 registration fee includes Saturday morning coached workouts, weekly training schedules, plus all the amenities of our other training programs.
